Guilty Pleasures

Session IPA 6.5%

Packed with hops and character but still gentle as the west wind.

According to ancient Greeks, the Anemoi were wind gods who were associated with various seasons and weather conditions. Boreas was the strong north wind, violent in temper (something like a robust Imperial Stout). Notus was the south wind: warm but also the dreaded bringer of summer storms (think of a dangerously crushable DIPA). Eurus was the east wind and not really worth mentioning (pretty much like Lager). But then there was the west wind, Zephyrus, the bringer of spring and the most gentle wind of them all.
