"Low visibility procedures" or LVP are procedures which are in progress at aerodromes when weather conditions are poor. Such as a low cloud base or thick fog. The forecast for this brew was extremely hazy and foggy, so declaring LVP with this one was inevitable.
Have a couple of these and it might be that you'll need to declare LVP for yourself as well.
